HOW IT BEGAN

Tiffany Renee Bear is the dynamic Casting Director behind BEAR CASTING, an award-winning, full-service casting agency based in Southwest Missouri. From local projects to national campaigns, BEAR CASTING specializes in Film & TV, Commercials, Voice Over, “Real People” & Content Creators, and Theatre, bringing diverse talent to a wide range of mediums.

A native of the Northeast, Tiffany’s journey in the arts is rooted in a passion for Music, Education and Theatre/Film, which she studied at the undergraduate level before pursuing advanced degrees. After earning her Master’s in Vocal Performance, Tiffany launched her career on stage, but soon discovered her love for the broader world of performing arts and the diversity of working in multiple mediums. Encouraged by a colleague, she gained agency representation and quickly found herself working on-camera, voice-over, and even modeling—including showroom and FIT shoe modeling!—across the vibrant Northeast market.

Alongside her husband, Conrad — a talented performer and music director— she spent five enriching years in the Southeast, where she taught directed, and music-directed numerous award winning productions, while continuing to hone her craft on stage, on camera and in the studio.

In 2017 Conrad & Tiffany relocated to Southwest Missouri, where they joined the cast of the renowned Sight & Sound Theatre. This move also marked the beginning of Tiffany’s deep connection to the thriving film community in the Mid-Missouri Valley, where she became known as a trusted resource for talent recommendations and casting solutions across several regional production houses, particularly when they were in a pinch. 

Her passion for discovering exceptional talent, coupled with a love for fostering collaborative, creative environments, led to the creation of BEAR CASTING.

Drawing on her nationwide network of industry professionals and her genuine desire to help talent shine, Tiffany has built a reputation for not just filling roles, but for building artistic communities that thrive. Her diverse experience as a performer, educator, and director continues to inform and elevate her approach to every project she leads.
